Super Hero

It’s kind of silly to think of patience as a superpower, but it’s something many of us lack. In a world where we are constantly striving to have our needs met in an instant, it is very challenging to wait. Think of the last time you sat in the drive through line at a fast food restaurant for more than 5 minutes, how did you feel? Frustrated? We have a desire to have everything NOW, and when we don’t get it, anger, frustration, and stress. Why? We lack patience. We have been given this wonderful opportunity to slow down, to breathe, and to rest. Don’t let anger and frustration remove the blessing you have been given in slowing down. Take courage, and have patience, be a superhero.
